Optometry Australia logos

Optometry Australia has produced a version of its logo for use by members. The logo allows optometrists to identify themselves as members of the organisation.

The logo is provided in several sizes and formats to allow its use in signage, stationery and in websites.

Use of the logo by members are subject to a number of conditions, set out below.

  • The trademark and copyright of the Optometry Australia logo and all derivatives is owned by Optometry Australia.
  • The use of the logo is at the sole discretion of Optometry Australia.
  • Current financial members of the organisation are entitled to use the Optometry Australia logo to identify themselves as members of the organisation.
  • The member logo should always be used in direct relation to a member's name, identifying that optometrist as a member of Optometry Australia.
  • The logo must not used in any way that is likely to create the impression that a non-member, an organisation or a commercial enterprise is a member or otherwise associated with Optometry Australia.
  • The logo should be used in the format in which it is supplied. It should not be distorted in any way, and should only used in the original colours. The text accompanying the'eye' graphic forms part of the logo, and must not be deleted or altered. In particular the word 'MEMBER' must be retained.
  • Permission for a member to use the logo may be withdrawn at any time at the discretion of Optometry Australia.
