SA Blue Sky Congress is Optometry South Australia's premier professional development event for optometrists and (more recently) optical dispensers. SA Blue Sky Congress has been successfully delivering best practice education and updates on contemporary techniques for the optometry profession since 2006. Our program includes world-leading practitioners and researchers, providing objective content and practical advice on all aspects of the profession that delegates can implement in their practice the very next day.
Why you need to be there
SA Blue Sky Congress is not your usual continuing education event. Our delegates can't wait to get to Adelaide - they know it's where they can learn, have a great time and road-test the best of the best new products. Typically over 75% of our delegates are from independent practice with 1-3 practices to purchase for. At least 50% travel from interstate to participate.
To date, the majority of our 220 optometry delegates are the people making the purchasing decisions for your products, all in one place, and all looking for vendors who can supply them with the best products, services and technology.

Our move to the Adelaide Hills Convention Centre in 2016 was just what we needed to take SA Blue Sky Congress to a whole new level of intimacy, friendliness and relaxation. The whole resort is booked out by our congress delegates, providing a superb opportunity for you to relax or catch up with your customers and friends out-of-session. Having road-tested the new venue in 2016 and 2017, we are confident that exhibiting will be easy and stress-free.
