Each exhibition site includes:
- a 3 m frontage exhibit on both days of congress (minimum of 1 m deep, depending on location and display needs)
- If you require extra space, just give us a call and we will work with you to set it up how you need it where we possibly can
- 1.8 m skirted trestle and 2 chairs
- 2 Congress registration including all meals.
If you require something out-of-the ordinary to showcase your particular products, please just give us a call. It is important for you, our delegates and us for you to have a successful exhibit. It might be that you need a little extra space, or a different shape, or perhaps a certain location. All of which we will accommodate if we possibly can.
Delegate Memory Stick space:
You can also purchase space on our delegate memory sticks. Add your full catalogue, exclusive content and short videos. We know our delgates keep their memory sticks and use them to share with and train colleagues, so this is your chance to be right where you need to be, long after SA Blue Sky Congress 2017 is over.
- Up to 1,000 KB $250 plus GST
- 1,001 to 4,000 KB $350 plus GST
- 4,001 to 9,000 KB $450 plus GST
Additional Staff ($90 per person per day)
Attendance by two staff members is included with your exhibition package. This includes registration for the programem and all meals. If you'd like extra staff to be on hand, that's fine but we do need to charge them an additional fee to cover variable costs. They will receive complimentary access to the education programme.
