Back for 2021 – Virtually & In Person – Optometry WA are pleased to announce the launch of the registration for WAVE 2021 The Hybrid Conference is available to delegates in person and virtually, along with being open to international virtual attendees. Taking place at the Esplanade Hotel, Fremantle on the weekend of the 20th & 21st March 2021. We have reduced our prices based on Early Bird Registration – Please sign up by the 28th February 2021.

Delegate Connect & WAVE 2021
Delegate Connect is the host platform for our hybrid conference and is where your Virtual Exhibitor Booth will be displayed if you decide to attend virtually or even face to face, every Exhibitor will have a virtual booth presence.

When you book with OWA to attend WAVE 2021 as either an Onsite Exhibitor or just as a Virtual Exhibitor, we will be in touch to advise all the image requirements mentioned in this demo.

We have reduced our prices for WAVE 2021 as its been a tough year financially for everyone but we would love you to join us at WAVE 2021, either in person or virtually.
Onsite Exhibitor Prices (ex GST)
- Silver $2,700 (Previously $3100) – A Saving of $400
- Silver Premium $3,100 (Previously $3,900) – A Saving of $800
- Gold $4,900 (Previously $5,900) – A Saving of $1000
- Platinum $10,000 (Previously $15,000) – A Saving of $5000
All Exhibitors booking Onsite will automatically receive a free, Virtual Booth.
Virtual Exhibitor Prices (ex GST)
- Silver Virtual $1,500
- Silver Premium Virtual $1700
- Gold Virtual $1800
All Exhibitors booking a place Virtually will be advertised in the onsite Exhibitor Hall & via the WAVE 2021 Website for virtual connections from onsite delegates.

Shorter Days with Increased Interaction
WAVE 2021 – Welcoming you in person and virtually. You will find the WAVE program is a shorter weekend spread over multiple 2hr blocks of education. The onsite Exhibitor Hall will be open to delegates for morning registration both days, morning tea and lunch. There is no afternoon tea on both days and so bump out can begin earlier to assist those wishing to catch flights home.
Virtual interaction begins from when you register as a WAVE 2021 Exhibitor. Your exhibitor resources are available to delegates from the moment your material is approved to appear in your online virtual exhibitor booth and will appear for 6 months after the conference closes. 1 week out from the conference event start, with delegates available to book online appointments for either face to face or virtually.
SATURDAY 20th MARCH – 9.00 am to 4.30pm (Registration is from 8am)

SUNDAY 21ST MARCH – 9.00 am to 4.30pm (Registration is from 8am)
Points to note:
- Bump in from 1.30pm on Friday 19th March.
- Bump out from 2.30pm on Sunday 21st March
- Conference Registration on both days is 8-9am
- Conference Morning Tea on both days is 11.00am for 30 mins
- Conference Lunch on both days is 1.30pm for 60 mins
- There is no Afternoon Tea on both days
- Exhibitor meals will be served 1hr before the delegates.
- Sundowner tickets for exhibitors are included
Exhibitor Onsite
If you are attending WAVE 2021 as an Exhibitor Onsite, you will be provided with a booth shell, standard size trestle table and chairs, plus tablecloth.
If you wish to order any further items for your stand, you can do so with Advans, who will be building the exhibition stand area on Friday 19th March in advance of bump in at 1.30pm.
