The Strategic Future proposal is now with members, and we want to make sure you have the opportunity to hear directly from leadership, ask questions and engage before you cast your vote. The virtual National Town Hall will take place on Tuesday, 14 April 2026.
The State Division Boards and the Optometry Australia Board have endorsed the proposal to unify into a new single national organisation. This is an important milestone – but not the final step. For this proposal to progress, it must be approved by members through a formal vote.
