There is a logical reason why most of us dislike conflict. In this workshop we look at why that is, and how we can start to shift our perspective to help us best prepare for a complex conversation. This can help you to deal with small or big issues with your boss, colleague, or people outside of your work life.
We will also touch on how to manage KPIs and professionalism in the workplace.
We will look at strategies you can take with you beyond the workshop, and how this can help to reduce burnout and keep you thriving in your career.
- Understanding our aversion to conflict.
- What the difference between a conflict and a conversation is.
- How we can reframe the situation.
- How we can best prepare for a complex conversation.
