Receive official documentation in your preferred format

Members of Optometry Victoria South Australia can now elect the format in which they would like to receive meeting-related communications.

In late 2022, amendments to the Corporations Act 2001 have changed the way that not-for-profit organisations can send out meeting-related documents, such as member communications surrounding the Annual General Meetings.

This means that members can now designate their preference in which they receive these meeting-related communications, whether it be electronic or physical, and OV/SA will oblige to send these meeting-related documents to that member in their chosen format.

OV/SA has enshrined this change on the home page here on the website.

Need to change your meeting document preference?

While OV/SA’s preference is to communicate meeting documents through electronic direct mail and regular newsletter OV/SA News, you can request to receive meeting-related documents physically by contacting the office with the details below.
