- Understand how OCT captures high resolution images of ocular tissue,
- Understand how optic nerve head parameters, retinal nerve fibre layer and ganglion cell layers are quantified
- Identify the role of OCT scanning in glaucoma diagnosis, with reference to the optic disc parameters, retinal nerve fibre and ganglion cell analysis, and
- Be able to use OCT to identify features supportive of glaucoma progression.
