Speakers : A/Prof Alex Hunyor, Prof I-van Ho, Dr Mia Zhang, Dr Vivek Pandya and Dr Michael Davies.
There will be a various cases for discussion at the end of each topic with audience input along with an assessment.
All presentations will be presented on power point.
Learning Objectives
- To increase attendees’ understanding of central serous chorioretinopathy, its multimodal imaging characteristics, and mimicking conditions
- To provide an update on retinal surgery practices in 2026, including advancements in surgical techniques, technologies, clinical outcomes, and current best practices in the management of retinal conditions.
- Differentiate true glaucoma from common masqueraders in real-world practice
- Monitor glaucoma reliably in high myopes and other challenging eyes
- Recognize red flags that deviate from typical glaucoma patterns
- Avoid key OCT and visual field interpretation pitfalls
- Who to refer (and when): clear red flags and timing for glaucoma intervention
- To provide an update on the diagnosis, management, and current status of retinal detachment, including recent clinical findings, treatment interventions, and patient progress.
- To develop an approach to assessment and investigation of epiphora
- To gain knowledge and understanding of the treatment options for the different causes of epiphora
