Activity Outline
Dr Stephenie Tiew and Tanya Edlington will present examples of challenging consult scenarios in role play as practitioner and simulated patient. Tanya will be in role (as simulated patient) and out of role (as a communication expert) to share communication strategies to help navigate tricky situations.
