Learning Objectives
- Feel confident undertaking the initial assessment of patients with common strabismus patterns particularly accommodative esotropia and intermittent exotropia and the issues they may create
- Be able to initiate non-surgical management and identify who may benefit from referral for surgical correction
- Identify the various types of eyelid malposition patients may present with and the problems these create for patients
- Understand the surgical options that patients have to correct these and how these procedures are undertaken
