Activity Outline

Join us for an engaging evening of clinical education tailored for optometrists, focusing on emerging advancements in ophthalmic treatments and technologies. This CPD event, hosted by Eastern Eye Specialists, will provide a valuable platform for collaborative learning and peer discussion, with case-based insights from leading ophthalmologists.

The evening will begin with personal reflections and clinical outcomes from our team’s recent transition to Eylea HD, exploring its role in managing retinal disease and enhancing patient outcomes. This segment will offer practical advice on what optometrists should expect when co-managing patients receiving Eylea HD therapy.

We will then shift focus to an update on Minimally Invasive Glaucoma Surgery (MIGS), and its integration into modern cataract practice. Attendees will gain a clearer understanding of which patients may benefit from MIGS and how shared care models can support better long-term outcomes.

Light dinner and refreshments provided.

Places are limited – early RSVP is encouraged.
