  • participants should be able to differentiate different types of cataract and urgency for referral
  • be up to date with advances in treatment and management of pts with cataract and macular disease
  • At the completion of the course, participants should be able to diagnose an ocular emergency
  • At the completion of the course, participants should be aware of where and how the emergency is treated
  • At the completion of the course, participants should be able to understand the urgency of referral for certain ocular disease such as AMD, DME, RVO
