Learning Objectives
- To develop an approach for assessment and investigation of epiphora
- Have knowledge of and understanding of the treatment options for the different causes of epiphora
- To identify ocular findings that may herald an underlying life-threatening condition.
- To be familiar with the ocular findings in systemic disease
- To diagnose keratoconus and detect progression
- To understand the principals of managing keratoconus including corneal collagen cross linking
- Identify red flags for ocular conditions mimicking glaucoma, including but not limited to compressive space occupying intra-cranial lesions, stroke, retinal vein occlusion, disc drusen.
- Understand the key clinical OCT and visual field characteristics of conditions mimicking glaucoma
