Activity Outline

Myopia in the Modern Era- This presentation will begin with a concise overview of myopia, emphasizing the growing global concern and the critical need to prioritize myopia progression control in clinical practice. Attendees will be guided through the full spectrum of current myopia management options, including the latest research and evidence supporting each approach. Real-world case studies will be presented to illustrate clinical decision-making and outcomes. Finally, the session will provide a practical, step-by-step guide for successfully implementing myopia control strategies within a clinical setting.

Myopia management and multifocal contact lens mash-up- The myopia wave is upon us – should we be hopeful or fearful?  This presentation says the former, with caveats.  And are presbyopes and contact lenses a match made in Heaven or Hades?  Just what have we learned from tackling this unique challenge and how does that translate into the real world of ladies who lunch and grumpy 50-something blokes?
