  • Recognise other causes of cataract other than age
  • Recognise cataracts related to connective tissue disorders
  • Understand the significance of why some patients need further investigation
  • Recognise secondary causes of cataract
  • Further knowledge in various facial cosmetic treatments currently offered that carry potential ocular risk
  • Recognise adverse outcomes following: blepharopigmentation, episcleral tattooing, cosmetic laser procedures, eyelash extensions, dermal fillers and botulinum toxin.
