TITLE: Concise talk about Keratoconus management, Ocular surface tumours, and supplementary lenses.

Dr Geoffrey Chan
TITLE:  Dry Eye from a Glaucoma Surgeon’s Perspective

Dr Gout
TITLE: Geographic Atrophy updates

Learning Objectives

  • understand the role of sulcus IOL in pseudophakic eyes for management of refractive errors, dysphotopic symptoms and multifocality
  • understand the role of early diagnosis and practical approach to management.
  • understand early diagnosis and a brief discussion on surgical and non surgical options of management of keratoconus
  • Understand how glaucoma treatments—both medical and surgical—affect the ocular surface and contribute to dry eye disease.
  • Recognise clinical features and diagnostic clues of ocular surface disease in glaucoma patients.
  • Apply practical management strategies to improve patient comfort, adherence, and surgical outcomes.
  • understand the past, present & future of GA management & be informed of the outcomes.

Max CPD hours awarded: 2.25

6.00pm – 6.30pm Refreshments Served followed by:

  • Hands on Skills Workshop
