Describe current evidence based surgical and non surgical treatment modalities - including MOHS, micro-graphic surgery, excision with frozen section control and emerging systemic therapies - for periocular cutaneous malignancies. Evaluate reconstructive options following periocular tumor excision, balancing functional preservation of the eyelid and lacrimal system with optimal aesthetic outcomes.
