  • Recognise that treat and extend treatment protocols can tolerate subretinal fluid in wet AMD without significant loss of vision.
  • Recognise that laser remains a useful option for some proliferative diabetic retinopathy patients
  • Recognise that with good vision, a diabetic macula oedema patient may do well without intervention as long as followup can be maintained
  • Recognise the place for biologics in the treatment paradigm of uveitis
  • Recognise systemic diseases which may use biologics which typically may precipitate ocular side effects
  • Recognise how common the use of biologics has become
