Learning Objectives

  • 6.1 Recognise the impact of an aging population upon the management of glaucoma
  • 6.2 To become familiar with the indications for surgical intervention for glaucoma
  • 6.3 To become familiar with the glaucoma surgical procedure viscocanalostomy
  • 7.1 Identify types of IOL fixation and conditions that relate to IOL implants such as subluxated or dislocated IOLs, UGH syndrome
  • 7.2 Develop an understanding of temporising management for subluxated and dislocated IOLs
  • 7.3 Develop an understanding of surgical approaches to conditions secondary to IOL implants
