  • Understand the Latest Advances in Retinal Therapeutics: Review new data on the efficacy and safety of new agents in the treatment of neovascular age-related macular degeneration (nAMD) and diabetic macular edema (DME) . Understand their application in reducing treatment burden and outcomes with new agents.
  • Explore the Role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Retinal Disease Management: Understand the current and emerging applications of AI in the diagnosis of retinal diseases, including its potential to enhance early detection and personalized treatment strategies. The integration of AI-driven tools in clinical practice, their impact on decision-making and workflow efficiency. Understand the limitations and potential downfalls of AI and its limitations.
  • Understand the Indications and Techniques for Vitreo-Refractive Surgery: Review the key indications for vitreo-refractive surgery, including conditions like myopic traction maculopathy, vitreomacular interface disorders, and floaters. Understand the surgical techniques and technologies used in vitreo-refractive procedures, such as small-gauge vitrectomy, laser vitreolysis, and intraocular lens (IOL) implantation.
  • Interesting cases and diagnostic dilemmas Case-based presentation and discussion of interesting cases, diagnostic dilemmas and complex management issues Provide attendees the opportunity to submit or present any ophthalmic (general & retinal) cases in which they wish to discuss issues regarding diagnosis or management.
