Gulf and Ranges Optometrists, a group of eight practices across regional South Australia, was inducted into the South Australian Regional Awards hall of fame in October.
Owned by optometrist Mitch Hancock and his wife Tiffany Duncan, Gulf and Ranges Optometrists received its third ‘pear’ award at this year’s ceremony.
Pear awards are given to businesses that excel in particular categories. The optometry group has been awarded a pear twice in the health category and once in the large business category.
The South Australian Regional Awards are held annually to recognise the achievements of individuals, groups and organisations.
