Activity Outline
Keratoconus is becoming increasingly common, and we are picking up more cases than ever due to more widespread use of corneal topography. This session outlines to discuss key points to pick up keratoconus, how to monitor for progression, when to consider intervention, and what types of intervention are currently available.

Meet your speaker:
Robin Abell |
Dr Robin Abell specialises in corneal, cataract, and refractive laser surgery, as well as general ophthalmology. He has a special interest in laser vision correction, premium cataract surgery, keratoconus, Fuchs dystrophy, and advanced techniques of corneal transplantation. He currently is working full time in Hobart, part time in Launceston, and at the Eye and Ear Hospital in Melbourne. |
