Optometry Australia offers HR, workplace and employment assistance to all members through our partner, Industry Legal Group (ILG). ILG is staffed by HR consultants and lawyers with specific knowledge of the optometry profession.

Alternatively, you may like to first seek complimentary advice from your state office or Optometry Australia’s optometrist advisor helpdesk.

Advice will be provided in complete confidentiality and without judgement.

She will use her scholarship to investigate the factors behind the prevalence of mental ill-health in the optometric workforce, then develop a comprehensive mental health and wellbeing framework.
