In the third of a series of articles summarising the key findings of the British Contact Lens Association’s Contact Lens Evidence-based Academic Report (BCLA CLEAR),1 Claire McDonnell discusses changes to the ocular anatomy and physiology with contact lens wear that may warrant clinical intervention. This article summarises key findings from the publication and identifies clinical pearls for those in practice.
