Learning Objectives
- At the completion of the CPD activity, participants should be able to understand the expanding range of MIGS devices and that not all MIGS devices are the same and no one device is universally applicable or effective in all cases. Understand the evolving glaucoma treatment pathway utilising drops, SLT, MIGS and traditional filtering surgery and review the published results for different devices.
- At the completion of the CPD activity, participants should be able to outline the variety of IOLs that are now available to patients undergoing cataract or laser lens surgery. From monofocal, mono vision to multifocal and new extended depth of focus lenses. Issues of lens tint and IOLs used for specific complex cases will be highlighted.
- At the completion of the CPD activity, participants should be able to understand some of the new developments likely to impact cataract and corneal laser patients.
