Learning Objectives
- To understand the risk of glaucoma in varying degrees of myopia
- To understand the challenges in differentiating clinical features and investigation results between myopia and glaucoma
- To know the risk factors which may indicate earlier commencement of treatment in myopic glaucoma suspects
- To understand surgical challenges in treating highly myopic patients with glaucoma
- Understand the modifiable risk factors for relapse of autoimmune disease (especially uveitis)
- Be able to advise patients about behavioral changes to reduce the risks of relapse
- Recommend appropriate investigations and treatments to reduce the risk of relapse
- Understand the risks and benefits of vaccinations in patients with uveitis
