Activity Outline

This interactive presentation will provide an overview on requirements and regulations governing the prescribing of scheduled medicines in the NT and Australia, including legal and PBS prescription requirements, obtaining an "Authority Required" prescription, prescribing a medicine with "Streamlined Authority" and "Restricted Benefit", prescribing by the Special Access Scheme, and prescribing compounded medications.

There will also be interactive components exploring some of these processes practically.
