- Gain an understanding of the signs/red flags & what to look for in a patient with a mental health disorder that may require a conversation, intervention or first aid
- Gain an understanding of what form of first aid is your responsibility as a health practitioner & how to do this (ie. what are my obligations as a health practitioner?)
- Develop an understanding of how to discuss with a patient if you are concerned about their mental health
