  • Understand the role of microincisional glaucoma surgery in glaucoma therapy
  • Identify retinal pathology via fundus examination
  • Confidently diagnose various anterior segment conditions causing a red eye
  • Have an understanding of appropriate treatment and management of anterior segment conditions causing a red eye
  • Confidently distinguish between similar presenting anterior segment conditions
  • Understand and perform imaging modalities used to investigate retinal vein occlusions
  • Understand appropriate guidelines for treatment and management of glaucoma
  • Understand the appropriateness of topical glaucoma medication dependent upon the severity of the condition
  • Understand the contraindications of topical glaucoma medication
  • Identify various therapeutic management options for epiphora and dry eye
  • Understand the surgical options available for treatment of epiphora
