This presentation will discuss the contact lens category in Australia and New Zealand (ANZ), particularly regarding contact lens modalities. There will also be discussion around trends in environmental sustainability, water surface contact lenses, astigmatic contact lenses and multifocal contact lenses.
Helen Gleave will interview both Joshua Clark, who has recently joined Alcon from clinical practice, and another practicing optometrist about their thoughts on the contact lens category. Through this education and discussion, the question will be posed as to what may be the next innovation in the contact lens market.
