Learning Objectives

  • Recognise and appropriately deal with reactions to glaucoma medications
  • Identify non-glaucomatous causes of visual field and glaucoma OCT abnormalities
  • Understand the role of interventions other than IOP lowering in glaucoma management
  • Identify retinal pathology that needs immediate referral and treatment
  • Identify pathology that can be observed and patient reassured
  • Interpret OCTs to make the correct diagnosis
  • Better understand the various causes of ocular surface disease
  • Better manage the signs and symptoms of keratoconus
  • Better identify corneal pathology that needs immediate referral and treatment
