  • To identify potential neuro-ophthalmic conditions that can present as diplopia
  • To understand the relative urgency of referral in those cases
  • To understand the different ways of achieving presbyopia correction
  • To determine which patients are suitable for presbyopia correcting intraocular lenses
  • To learn how to manage unhappy patients post presbyopia correcting surgery
  • To identify the systemic associations of Normal Tension Glaucoma
  • To understand the link between blood pressure and glaucoma
  • To understand the potential benefit of Vitamin B3
  • To discuss the causes of vision impairment in diabetes, and their treatment
  • To discuss the context of diabetic retinopathy in patients with diabetes
  • To discuss strategies for improving long term visual outcomes
