Learning Objectives

  • Participants will be able to make evidence-based decisions for the prescribing of hyperopia in children who are also demonstrating poorer academic outcomes;
  • Participants will be able to make evidence-based recommendations around screen use in children based on current guidelines and
  • Participants will be able to explain some of the effects prolonged screen time can have on vision.
