Learning Objectives
- Understand the differential diagnoses and possible therapeutic diagnosis of pupil anisocoria
- Apply evidence-based practice in myopia control specifically pertaining to the use of low dose atropine
- Discuss the effectivity of low dose atropine treatment for myopia control in comparison to other forms of myopia control
- Understand the indications and effectivity of the cyclosporine therapeutic agent in the treatment of inflammatory eye disease
- Discuss the benefits and disadvantages of the use of cyclosporine in treatment of eye disease compared to other available therapeutic agents
- Research methodologies to determine enablers of access to low vision rehabilitation, identify appropriate referral criteria & develop, implement and evaluate a program to increase access and uptake of low vision rehabilitation services
- Understand the current knowledge on ocular allergy and some of the gaps in the literature on ocular allergy.
