Activity Outline

Optometry Educational evening presented by Dr Andrew McAllister (Ophthalmologist & Retinal Specialist) and kindly sponsored by Apellis. It will be held at St Andrew's Hospital Conference Room on the 4th June 2024 at 6pm. "Overview of Age-related Macular Degeneration & Geographic Atrophy". Complicated case studies with OCT imaging and Optometrists' perspective of care with these chronic retinal disease will be shared & discussed. An update on recent clinical studies and potential treatments or drug management for GA in the future. Optometrists are welcome to bring along their own GA case studies to share and discuss on the night.
