Doctors’ Health Fund: Comprehensive cover designed for optometrists 

OA members can take advantage of Doctors’ Health Fund (DHF) perks, ensuring high-quality, flexible health insurance coverage.  

Key benefits include:  

• 15 Weeks Free Health Insurance – Members who hold Avant Professional Indemnity insurance (PII), including OA’s group PII policy, receive 10 weeks free in the first year and 5 weeks free in the second. For those who travel frequently for professional development, conferences, or leisure, OA members can also access discounted Qantas Club memberships. These savings include: 

• $140 Off One-Year Membership – Reduced from $699 to $559.20. 
• $260 Off Two-Year Membership – Reduced from $1,299 to $1,039.20. 

Initial joining fee applies. Discount can be applied for existing members who are renewing their Qantas Club membership.
