Activity Outline

The future of your business lies continually attracting and retaining new patients. This course will provide a framework for designing a patient journey that not only feels great, but is unique to the culture and personality of your business.  The future of your business lies in continually attracting new patients and retaining them by creating loyal fans.

The patient journey is where a patient who has an experience that 'just feels great' will become a raving fan. Throughout the course you will learn to identify and minimise potential pain-points and develop techniques to develop customer loyalty.

Learning Objectives

  • Create an outline of the practice ideal patient journey
  • Understand the unique value proposition of their practice and how it aligns with their current patient journey
  • Identify opportunities for improvement for the patient journey
  • Consider innovative changes that more effectively reflect the unique offer of their practice
  • Develop a plan to significantly improve their patients experience
  • Plan and commit to an ongoing improvement strategy
