Learning Objectives

  • Participants will learn the OCT classification of vitreomacular interface (VMO) diseases
  • Participants will be familiar with the latest management and prognosis of vitreomacular interface diseases
  • Participants will understand the differences in intravitreal treatment for common macular diseases (wet AMD, retinal vein occlusion and diabetic macular oedema)
  • Recognising danger signs in eye examinations pointing to neurological problems
  • Recognising neurological problems when assessing visual fields
  • Recognising neurological basis in patients with diploids
  • Anisocoria and neurological significance
