  • Discuss the diagnosis and aetiology of relative afferent pupillary defects
  • List the probing questions that a clinician should ask a patient who presents with anisocoria
  • Discuss the characteristics of efferent pupillary abnormalities
  • Explain the features of anisocoria that is manifest in dim illumination
  • Describe the signs, symptoms, pharmacologic testing and diagnosis of Horner syndrome
