Orbital Infections, Ophthalmoplegia, Thyroid Orbitopathy, Orbital Floor fractures, Orbital Cancer

Dr Sanli will cover the following:

Glaucoma

Learning Objectives

  • Define the types of glaucoma, including primary open-angle, angle-closure, and secondary glaucomas
  • Discuss key risk factors for glaucoma Interpret intraocular pressure (IOP) readings in the context of central corneal thickness and diurnal variation
  • Discuss the role and limitations of screening tools for glaucoma
  • Describe orbital signs and types of orbital conditions
  • Recognise how common orbital conditions differ from their clinical and imaging features
  • Discuss some of the basic treatment and management plans for orbital conditions
