This session will overview contemporary specialty lens fitting options for visual correction of regular and irregular corneas and myopia control. We will describe and contrast limbal, semi-scleral, mini-scleral, hybrid, and reverse geometry lens designs. Product information and manufacturer and supplier details will be presented as well as fitting tools and assessment procedures, including the use of corneal topography, scleral profiling and anterior optical coherence tomography (OCT), with case studies incorporated to illustrate the real-world application and patient impact. .
