50% Discount on Membership Fees for 2020-2021

Optometry Western Australia recognises the uncertainty we all currently face. These times are unprecedented as is the impact on our members in the optometry sector.
We know many of you will be hurting financially as a result of shutdowns, or scaling back, of many practices.

To support you, Optometry WA , National and other States  have rallied to offer you
a 50% discount on your fees for 2020-21, with no fees payable until October.
This equates to six months free membership inclusive of PII cover.   The fee reduction/free membership is applicable to all membership categories nation-wide.

While we have discounted membership fees, please be reassured that we have no plans to reduce our services. Prudent financial management by your board along with support from Optometry Australia has enabled OWA to draw down on reserves to ensure we continue to serve and resource you.   Accessing these funds enables us to offer you the opportunity to remain part of a resilient, cohesive and united community and that we too, can remain strong as your representative professional body.
