Guild Insurance

Business cover is not all that Guild Insurance can offer Optometry Australia members. It also offers home and contents cover to give you the same reassuring confidence that in the event of a claim, we will look after you.

Guild Home and Contents Insurance has two comprehensive packages you can choose from to best suit your needs.

The Home Essentials package is our standard insurance that has what you need to protect your home and contents. Home Elite includes everything that is in the standard package plus some additional bells and whistles, including higher pay-out amounts. Both options include:

  • New for old replacement
  • A safety net of 20 per cent more than the sum for which you are insured
  • Your choice of repairer
  • Emergency and temporary accommodation if you need to move out before things are fixed
  • Cover for rainwater tanks and solar panels
  • Protection for your visitors’ belongings
  • If you are a landlord, cover for loss of rent and repair of damage caused by tenants.

In the event of a claim, our dedicated claims team will be with you every step of the way. The team prides itself on delivering superior and personalised service to all of our customers.  It’s just another reason why nine out of 10 Guild customers are likely to recommend us.*

Guild Insurance also provides Business Insurance, Professional Indemnity, Public Liability and Products Liability cover.
