To support potential future advocacy for Medicare coverage of tele-optometry for patients who can’t access face-to-face care, Optometry Australia is working to gather data on patient satisfaction with tele-optometry.

If you provide tele-optometry, we are asking you to ask your patient’s to complete the survey available at: https://www.surveymonkey.com/r/GYTBBNN

The survey is anonymous and seeks no identifying data about the patient, practice or practitioner. Data is being collected and collated by Optometry Australia.

Acknowledgement of Country

In the spirit of reconciliation Optometry Australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
