Online renewal of your general registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) is still open.

AHPRA is emailing registered optometrists to advise them to renew their annual registration.

Optometrists are required to log in on AHPRA’s website to renew their registration online.

To log in you need your AHPRA user ID, your date of birth, and your password.

Optometrists must renew before 30 November 2019 to avoid a late fee.

If you haven’t received a notification email from AHPRA prompting you to renew your registration, contact AHPRA on 1300 419 495.

Acknowledgement of Country

In the spirit of reconciliation Optometry Australia acknowledges the Traditional Custodians of country throughout Australia and their connections to land, sea and community. We pay our respects to their Elders past and present and extend that respect to all Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples today.
