VSP Neighbourhood Eyecare Provider Network today announced that Western Australian health fund, HBF, will be joining its network as a provider starting 1 January 2014.

HBF, which began in 1941, is Western Australia’s largest health fund, providing health insurance to over 900,000 members nationwide.
