ODMA 2015 attracted 2,950 visitors over three days in July. Awards of Excellence recognised the best technology, innovation and fashion offered by more than 100 suppliers exhibiting at the trade show.

Award winners included Eyes Right Optical for the best large stand, LBJ Optical for the best small stand, and Black Lilly Imports for the best small modular stand.

ODMA included a conference in which 12 speakers including Professor Minas Coroneo gave presentations, and eight masterclasses that focused on dispensing and business.

‘Independents Day’ on 4 July was a celebration of independence in the optical industry. The festivities included a jazz band and a US-style diner and milkshake bar.
