Since its launch in 2020, Optometry Virtually Connected has established itself as one of the leading optometric education forums in the Southern Hemisphere. Held completely online and free for members, our national conference gives delegates a cost-effective and convenient option accessible from the comfort of your own home.  Registrations open April 2024.

Tasmania’s Lifestyle Congress 

Saturday 17 & Sunday 18 August, Wrest Point Hotel, Hobart 

Tasmania’s Lifestyle Congress (TLC) provides delegates with a unique and picturesque educational experience in Hobart. Last year’s program included the Australian Low Vision Seminar and featured Dr Kate Gifford as a keynote heading up an impressive collection of speakers. The 2024 educational program is in development. The event will also feature an extensive trade expo operating next to the educational sessions. Registrations open May 2024. 

 

Ski Conference 

Friday, Saturday, Sunday 26-28 July, Thredbo Alpine Hotel 

A fun-filled weekend conference in Thredbo. The 2024 program is in development but ast year’s event featured 8 CPD hours (including 5Ti) and speakers including Michael Yapp, Matt Trinh, Narelle Hine, and Andrew McKinnon.  Register now.

Blue Sky

SRC Mini 

Sunday 17 November, Crowne Plaza, Melbourne 

This bi-annual mini conference offers an engaging program of CPD and a trade exhibition in a single day. Attendees can expect 7.5 hours of CPD covering a range of topics.  Registrations open August 2024.
